I started CrossFit when RFX first opened. I had watched a CrossFit competition with a friend and decided after that I wanted to give it a go.

I signed up, came down once, then didn’t show up for a while! But I bit the bullet and committed myself to coming 3 times a week. And just like that, after a few months I became hooked. The community, atmosphere, coaching, and being able to complete the workouts at my own pace, and level is what kept me coming back.

As someone who was not sporty in school, it took me a bit longer to develop some new skills. At this point I knew I wanted to pass on what I had learnt to others looking to make a big change to their current lifestyle.
